Online Scheduling and Website Usage Terms

  • Email/Phone opt-in: In using the website appointment system and/or newsletter sign up form, and/or by otherwise providing your email address and/or phone number, you agree to receive email, voice, and text message updates for your appointment, for project and other business correspondence, as well as our shop newsletter. You can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link. You can request termination of all contact at any time.

  • Copyright: The content included on www.redwingframing.com which includes but is not limited to text, images, or code is copyrighted and under copyright laws.

  • Logos: Logo marks and brand symbols of Engineering Arts, Inc. DBA Red Wing Framing & Fine Art Printing are the sole property of the company.

  • Limitation of Liability: Engineering Arts, Inc. DBA Red Wing Framing & Fine Art Printing is not liable for damages that result from use of this website or scheduling system.

  • Errors: Engineering Arts, Inc. DBA Red Wing Framing & Fine Art Printing is not liable for damages caused by content or technical errors on www.redwingframing.com or the online scheduling system.

  • Changes: We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify or replace these terms at any time, without prior or further notice. We don’t sell or share your contact information or any data you provide. You may request that we delete your personal data at any time. Project and Payment Terms • Payment: Engineering Arts, Inc. DBA Red Wing Framing & Fine Art Printing requests 50% down payment on all new framing projects, 75%-100% down payment on repair projects (determined by project/staff), 100% down payment on scanning, 50% down payment on printing and digital arts/restoration projects. Remaining balances are due upon project pickup. Note: Corporate project payment terms are organization specific.

  • Agreement: By leaving your project at Engineering Arts, Inc. DBA Red Wing Framing & Fine Art Printing, and providing a down payment, you agree to allow the company to perform the work discussed in the design session and laid out on the project work order. You may request to review this specific information at any time. You may request a signature agreement form at any time. You may be asked to sign an art condition form and you may request one at any time.

  • Project Pickup: You will be contacted upon project completion to set an appointment for pickup. Exclusive of a formal agreement of a personal payment plan, we reserve the right to charge a 10% monthly holding fee for all completed projects left for more than 3 months and after 3 contact attempts.

  • Abandonment: Projects left at Engineering Arts, Inc. DBA Red Wing Framing & Fine Art Printing, whether completed or uncompleted, awaiting down payment, awaiting final payment, or otherwise left, for more than 2 years and after 5 contact attempts, will be donated or discarded.
